Guilt Be Gone

Eating healthier, smaller portions may be the way to a flatter tummy, but who doesn’t feel guilty about wasting food? My biggest problem was always the guilt I felt when I left food on my plate. Everyone has had their parents tell them to finish their dinner because there are children starving all over the world. One day a dear friend of mine said to me “What’s worse—wasting food or wasting the chance to look amazing?” Never again did I feel guilty about leaving food on my plate.
