After all, any champion match-up also means super bowls (size-wise, that is) of nachos, cheesy dips, guacamole…and those are just the appetizers. How can you eat wisely against these odds? "Pre-plan where you'll spend your calories and you'll be able to indulge without guilt," says Dr. Madelyn Fernstrom. "Do you want a beer or to eat more? A dessert or an extra side-dish?"
